SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS. W1AW Centennial Stations W1AW/4 in Florida
and W1AW/5 in Arkansas are QRV until 2359z on November 25. In
addition, W1AW/3 in Delaware, W1AW/5 in Louisiana and W1AW/KP4 in
Puerto Rico will be QRV starting at 0000z on November 26. They will
be active until 2359z on December 2.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The NCCC RTTY Sprint, QRP CW Fox Hunt,
NCCC Sprint, YO International 80-Meter PSK31 Contest and the LZ DX
Contest are all on tap for this upcoming weekend. The SKCC CW

На этот диплом засчитываются QSO со следующими станциями:

Со специальными мемориальными радиостанциями EO90WF,EM90WF,EN90WF;
С коллективной радиостанцией N4USA международной организации «Foundation for Amateur International Radio Service, Inc” (FAIRS);
С коллективной радиостанцией UR4WXW общественной организации «Фонд радиоаматорской службы»;

Все QSO должны быть проведены с территории одной и той-же страны по списку DXCC

Заявка должна содержать следующее заверение: “Я подтверждаю, что все QSO были проведены мной лично, с территории одной страны и в соответствии с условиями моей радиолюбительской лицензии”.

РЕГЛАМЕНТ ЗМАГАНЬ З РАДІОЗВ’ЯЗКУ
"КУБОК ЛЬВОВА НА УКХ ЧМ"
2014 РОКУ.
1. ОРГАНІЗАТОР ЗМАГАНЬ.

Львівське ОВ ТСОУ.

2. МЕТА ЗМАГАНЬ.

Популяризація аматорського радіозв’язку на УКХ.
Підвищення рівня майстерності радіоаматорів.

3. УЧАСНИКИ ЗМАГАНЬ.

Радіоаматори 1-го району IARU. Працюють всі зі всіма.

4. ДІАПАЗОНИ ТА ТЕРМІН ПРОВЕДЕННЯ ЗМАГАНЬ.

Змагання проводяться на діапазонах 432 і 145 МГц у чотири тури.
З них три тури – залікові.
Обов’язковою умовою для всіх учасніиків змагань, є підтвердження одного радіозв’язку з радіостанцією Львівської області у кожному турі.
Залікові тури визначаються окремо по діапазонах для кожного учасника змагань за найкращими місцями, що посів учасник змагань після проведення всіх турів.
Участь у всіх турах – необов’язкова.

1-й тур – 18-го травня 2014 року.
2-й тур – 15-го червня 2014 року.
3-й тур – 20-го липня 2014 року.
4-й тур – 24-го серпня 2014 року.

5. УМОВИ ПРОВЕДЕННЯ ЗМАГАНЬ.

Кожний тур змагань складається з шести міні турів по 20-ть (двадцять) хвилин.

Діапазон 432МГц з 04:00 до 04:59 UT (міжнародний час, аналог GMT).

перший міні тур - 04:00 – 04:19 UТ включно
другий міні тур - 04:20 – 04:39 UT включно
третій міні тур - 04:40 - 04:59 UT включно

Перерва - 20-ть хвилин.

Діапазон 145 МГц з 05:20 до 06:19 UT

четвертий міні тур - 05:20 – 05:39 UT включно
п’ятий міні тур - 05:40 – 05:59 UT включно
шостий міні тур - 06:00 - 06:19 UT включно

Рекомендовані частоти згідно частотного плану 1-го району IARU:
432.500-432.900 МГц
145.200-145.600 MHz

Рекомендована дискретність: 5 кГц
Рекомендовані поляризації антен:
на діапазоні 432 МГц - ГОРИЗОНТАЛЬНА
на діапазоні 145 МГц - ВЕРТИКАЛЬНА
Вид модуляції: ЧМ (FM)

Контрольні номери складаються з RS, номера радиозв’язку, починаючи з 001 та QTH-квадрату.
Наприклад: 59 001 KN18XX.
Нумерація радіозв’язків на кожному діапазоні починається з 001. У міні турах одного діапазона – наскрізна.

За кожен радіозв’язок нараховується кількість очок, рівна відстані між радіостанціями у кілометрах плюс один. За радіозв’язок зі своїм квадратом нараховується 5-ть очок.
Повторні зв’язки дозволено проводити лише у різних мінітурах.
Зв’язки через активнi ретранслятори заборонені.
Розбіг часу - не більше 3-х хвилин.

7. ЗВІТИ ТА СУДДІВСТВО.

Суддівство здійснюється програмою-роботом.

По закінченню змагань, кожен учасник не пiзніше 23:59 UT другогo понеділка після закінчення змагань подає звіт, скориставшись програмою-роботом на сайті:
http://www.ur5wks.point.lviv.ua

Після реєстрації, програма-робот запропонує безпосередньо заповнити табличку з проведеними QSO або подати файл в форматі EDI.

8. ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ РЕЗУЛЬТАТІВ ТА НАГОРОДЖЕННЯ УЧАСНИКІВ ЗМАГАНЬ.

В кожному турі місця серед учасників визначаються окремо на кожному діапазоні за сумою очок за радіозв’язки.

Переможеці та призери в однодіапазонному заліку визначаються за найменшою
сумою місць, що посіли учасники змагань у залікових турах окремо по діапазонах.

*До загального заліку входять всі учасники змагань, незалежно від кількості залікових турів. Результати учасників, що рийняли участь менше ніж у 3-х турах, визначаються за окремим положенням.

Абсолютний переможець та призери у багатодіапазонному заліку визначаються за найменшою сумою місць, що посіли учасники змагань у залікових турах на всіх діапазонах.

*За рівної суми місць учасників змагань, підсумки визначаються за окремим положенням.

Абсолютний переможець та призери у багатодіапазонному заліку будуть нагороджені Кубком Львова УКХ, дипломами відповідних ступенів від Львівського ОВ ТСОУ.

Переможець та призери в однодіапазонному 144 МГц заліку будуть нагороджені Малим Кубком Львова УКХ, дипломами відповідних ступенів від Львівського ОВ ТСОУ.

Переможець та призери в однодіапазонному 432 МГц заліку будуть нагороджені Малим Кубком Львова УКХ, дипломами відповідних ступенів від Львівського ОВ ТСОУ.

Всі інші учасники будуть нагороджені пам’ятними сертифікатами Львівського ОВ ТСОУ.
